The presentation will cover recent guidance issued by the Department of Justice, and discuss how attorneys can assist clients in implementing these new expectations in accordance with the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Responsibility through their roles as a lawyer, advisor, evaluator, advocate, and negotiator.
